What is a Project Manager?

Imagine you and your friends are building a big cardboard castle together. It's a massive project with lots of different parts: some people need to paint the castle walls, others need to cut out windows, and some need to find cardboard tubes to make the towers.

A Project Manager is like a friend who helps everyone stay organized and know what they're supposed to do. They make sure everyone has the materials they need and keeps track of who is doing what. They also help everyone stay on schedule so the castle gets finished on time.

If there's a problem, like running out of paint or needing more cardboard, the Project Manager helps figure out how to fix it. They might also check in with everyone to see how they're doing and if they need any help.

So, a Project Manager is like the organizer and helper for a big project, making sure everything goes smoothly, and everyone knows what they need to do to complete the project on time.
