What is Agile Project Management?
Do you remember when we play video games together? Sometimes, we plan to play a particular game, but then you discover a new game that seems more fun. So, we change our plans and start playing the new game instead, right? This is a little bit like Agile Project Management.
In the business world, when people work on big projects, they sometimes need to change their plans quickly because of new information or better ideas. Agile Project Management is a way to do this effectively.
In Agile, we break down the project into small parts, like levels in a video game. We work on one level at a time and then review what we did and how we can improve. This means we can make changes and adapt quickly, just like how we switch to a new game if it's more fun.
So, instead of making a big, detailed plan at the start and sticking to it no matter what (like in traditional project management), Agile allows teams to be more flexible and make changes as they go along.
